A fun-loving afternoon with lots of laughs in one of the best places for engagement photos in Montreal

Andrea and James are as sweet as they come.  Such great sports, they came with no expectations of the shoot and were willing to fully trust me and go with my lead, to capture who they are as a couple. I love engagement sessions because not only do I get to know the couple before the wedding, but also because it's a relaxed vibe with very little stress, and they are able to breathe and enjoy. Twenty years from now I can imagine them or other family members flipping through an album and reminiscing about "the olden days" of young love! And just to demonstrate how deeply they put themselves into my hands, at one point in front the observation wheel, I called out to them to "touch chins", where I meant to say "touch foreheads". You'll see an image below where Andrea is laughing so hard, because how awkward is it to touch chins???!?!?!? We all LOLOLOL'd! We also had a good fortune of finding a graffiti heart that was perfectly placed for a photo. I was back in the same spot just two weeks later and the heart had been washed away. It was a heart definitely for these guys, now found in eternity in this photo, and perhaps a few tourist photos. The graffiti heart may have disappeared, but I suspect that the love between Andrea and James will endure.
