I’m Lucy — a trusted Montreal wedding and family photographer with over a decade of experience photographing in Montreal, the West Island, and across Montérégie.

I work under the artist signature Lucy, Noir — a reflection of the creative side of my practice, where light and shadow, emotion and design come together to tell human stories with depth and care.

I work with couples and families who believe the best stories live in the places and with the people that feel like home. Some want to capture it simply. Others prefer something more tangible to hold, pass down, and treasure forever. I offer both.

This is today’s luxury — the freedom to imagine your own story. To blend modern creativity with the soulfulness of yesteryear. Because in a world overflowing with fleeting digital moments, there’s something essential about holding your story in your hands. Where many are capable of taking photographs of what you look like, capturing lightness is a rarer superpower that sparks joy and ugly-cries.

It's a joy for me to spend time in my favourite lounge spot, sipping strong coffee from my cheerful Finnish design Marimekko mug. Reading beautiful design books like Kinfolk Home. Listening to dark Indie music. Hanging with my husband, daughter & pup. Dreaming of travel to places like Iceland and returning to magical and rugged Fogo Island.
