What is NESTED?
Each month, I open 3 sessions shaped around a domestic/ seasonal theme. They are offered at an artist rate of 395 +taxes and exclusively available to the members of my community newsletter.
Photographed in your home (some themes may be outdoors but only on property)
Unposed and observational
Delivered as a curated gallery of 8 images - photographer’s choice
Accompanied by a small soft pouch of prints
Artist rate offered in exchange for full media release and artistic trust
Your session may become part of a future print publication, gallery or blog series
What NESTED is not
Not a family portrait session but a photographic study of real domestic life. There will be little to no guidance in order to document a story that naturally unfolds
Not a replacement for a standard photography session. It is only open to newsletter subscribers and offers fixed themes, a fixed number of images and artist choice of images. If you wish to book your own personalized photo session, please contact Lucy for her price list.

Decorating for the holidays: Time together, and traditions
Dates: One session each on Friday December 12, Saturday December 13 and Sunday December 14 (between 10am - 2pm)
January: Quiet Mornings
New year slowness, soft light, warm drinks, cozy blankets

Lucy, Thank you so much for the gorgeous photos. You captured our celebration in the most magical way. I just love seeing all the emotion on everyone's faces and so, so many hugs. It's so beautiful.
You made my mother-in-law and me ugly cry. We happened to be in Montreal for another wedding when the highlight slideshow came in. We watched it together and my mother-in-law was crying and crying. (Didn't help that her baby was going back to the U.S., too).
